We are looking for a Chinese office assistant (General manager) Who can help with Dialy Office work:
Talk to Parents and Students
Help to make Study Schedules for students
Manage the company what public account, website, and other online platforms.
Communicate with our foreign teachers about their teaching schedules
Perform duties of general manager.
Do some sales and marketing plans for the company
Job description REQUIREMENTS.
Open minded and not shy person
No strict Education requirements but good interpersonal skills.
Should speak good English and be good at translating from English to Chinese.
Being able to speak Shanghainese is an added advantage.
Have good marketing skills, smart and a fast thinker be able to talk to parents and answer their questions.
Good computer skills
Be good at organizing marketing and advertising events, contacting with different marketing agents.
Be able to manage and run the training school in the absence of the director.
Be responsible to communicate with foreign teachers and staff.
Better if you can do online marketing and WeChat marketing.
Salary is negotiable Starting As soon Possible.
